Robinson Warui Mureithi has denied stealing computers and electronics worth KSh 73.7 million from a shop in Nairobi’s CBD.
According to the charge sheet, the incident happened on the night of October 15th and 16th, 2025, at Tembo Building, where Mureithi and others said to be at large allegedly broke into Angeltech Computers and took computers and accessories belonging to Robinson Nge Koshi and Shadrack Mbugua Kuria.
When he appeared before Magistrate Ben Mark Ekhubi, he pleaded not guilty to all charges. His lawyer asked the court to be lenient, saying Mureithi was not a flight risk, had been arrested at his home, and was the breadwinner of three children.
The court granted him a bond of KSh 5 million or a cash bail of KSh 2 million.
The case will be back in court for pretrial on 19th November 2025.
