Judiciary Launches Call Center to Boost Public Access to Court Services

The Judiciary of Kenya has officially launched a dedicated Call Center to make it easier for the public to access essential court services and information.

The facility, which operates daily from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including weekends, is designed to assist court users with a range of services such as e-filing, case tracking (CTS), joining virtual court sessions, understanding court procedures, cause list inquiries, and registry-related support.

Members of the public can now get instant help by calling 0730 181 040 or sending an email to [email protected].

According to the Judiciary, the initiative is part of its commitment to improving service delivery, enhancing efficiency, and fostering public trust. The move also supports the Judiciary’s vision of being an institution built on integrity and free from corruption.

This development is expected to significantly reduce delays, minimize physical visits to court premises, and streamline communication between court users and the Judiciary’s support teams.
