The high court on Friday yet again adjourned the long awaited judgement against former TV anchor Jacque Maribe and her ex-fiance Joseph Irungu alias Jowie.
Justice Grace Nzioka told virtual court that the judgement was not ready because she had received three sacks of exhibits yesterday evening and could not be able to go through and deliver judgement today as scheduled.
Speaking from Naivasha the judge apologized and said she needed time to go through before delivering the judgment.
Earlier, there was confusion as to whether the matter was to be virtual or physical but the judge apologized for the miscommunication saying in future parties will be informed on time.
Maribe and Jowie were charged with the murder of businesswoman Monica Kimani at her apartment in 2018.
The court will in January determine whether the two are guilt or not.
The judgement will be delivered on January 26
