Cop produces in court pornographic photos and videos of children recovered from a christian university Don on trial for child pornography.

A police officer on Monday produced in court pornographic photos and videos of underage children recovered from a university lecturer who was arrested for child pornography.

64 year old James William Black is on trial for child pornography and its alleged he recorded the children between 3 and 14 while sexually abusing them then shared online.

DCI officer Wycliffe Jefwa presented before Milimani Law court in Nairobi 14 nude photos and a video of underage children who had been sexually abused by the lecturer.

Senior Principal Magistrate Robinson Ondieki heard that William was arrested at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport as he attempted to flee the country.

According to the officer, William was circulating the ponographic images of the 14 children aged between 3 and 15 on Skype and Microsoft accounts online against their will.

The court was told that the pornographic images and a video of unknown Caucasian children were retrieved from his laptop.

William was arrested after an intelligence report over his involvement in circulating the phonographic images and video at October 20, 2020, and August 20, 2021, at Bishop Makarios Seminary Riruta satellite in Nairobi.

“We took action following intelligence report our office received that one USA citizen who resides in Kenya was involved in child pornography back in his US home, ” Jefwa said

He also claimed that Willam is also a wanted man in the US to face similar charges of pornography and cybercrime.
